247 Kettles operates as an independent specialist in high-value timepieces. We encourage all clients to review product descriptions, images and specifications carefully prior to purchase.

14-Day Inspection & Cancellation Period

For watches purchased online and delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This period is provided for inspection purposes only, similar to what would reasonably be permitted in a showroom environment.

Return authorisation must be obtained in writing before any item is shipped back.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

• The watch must remain in the exact condition in which it was supplied
• It must not have been worn beyond reasonable inspection
• No resizing, strap adjustment, polishing or modification may have been carried out
• All original packaging, documentation, accessories and tags must be included
• Protective stickers (where applicable) must remain intact

We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct reasonable costs if the watch shows signs of wear, alteration, damage or use beyond inspection.
The client is responsible for secure and fully insured return shipping.

In-Person Showroom Purchases

Purchases completed in person at our Richmond showroom are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase.
Clients are encouraged to fully inspect the watch during their appointment.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Upon receipt, the watch will undergo inspection to confirm it remains in its original supplied condition.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt so the matter can be assessed promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Watches that have been resized, modified or worn beyond inspection
• Special-order or sourced-to-request pieces
• Part-exchange transactions
• Items returned outside the 14-day statutory period
  

Warranty

Watches sold by 247 Kettles may not be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
We provide our own limited warranty on qualifying timepieces. Full warranty terms are provided separately and form part of the sale agreement.
